Philip has over 20 years experience in the safety consulting field. During his career at PROSAFE Solutions he has been integral in the development and facilitation of the culture assessment process. For the past two decades Philip has performed safety culture assessments for organizations including the US Navy, chemical and manufacturing locations, and contractors of various specialties. These culture assessments have been conducted throughout North America including Canada.
Philip is a seasoned safety professional with excellent presentation skills. He is a Certified Industrial Trainer (CIT) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He is an adjunct professor of the GA Tech OSHA Training Institute. Philip is also a certified John Maxwell Leadership trainer and coach.
Philip has always had a strong focus in giving back to the community. He has provided safety training to assist contractors in the Katrina Disaster relief effort. In addition, he has served as chairperson of the Georgia ASSE Construction Division and chairperson of the ASSE Trench Safety Task Force.

Through the Trench Safety Taskforce Philip developed safety training for fire fighters that was approved by the Georgia Fire Standards and Training Council. He provided awareness training for several hundred fire fighters responding to trench cave-ins and training for college students in construction degree programs. He has also provided training to high school students interested in the construction industry.
